We are growing fast and currently have more inbound work than our sales capacity can handle. We are hiring a High Performing Sales Representative to help us close work that is already coming in.

WHAT THIS JOB IS:

• In-home and on-site sales appointments
• 100% company-generated leads
• Appointments are set for you
• Selling residential and commercial painting projects:
  • Interior & exterior painting
  • Cabinet painting
  • Drywall hanging, finishing, and texturing
  • Wallpaper removal
  • Writing estimates, following up, and closing jobs

Most of your time is spent selling — not doing admin work.

TIME BREAKDOWN:

~90% sales (appointments, estimates, follow-ups, closing)

~10% meetings, training, admin

TRAINING & SUPPORT:

• Structured onboarding and sales training
• Ongoing coaching and feedback
• Proven sales systems and pricing
• Admin and production support so you can focus on selling

PAY:

• Salary + commission
• Year 1 expected earnings: $60,000 – $100,000
• Year 2 expected earnings: $100,000 – $200,000+

Compensation is performance-based.

Sales reps who consistently maintain strong closing rates and disciplined follow-up are eligible for higher commission or bonus opportunities over time.

Top performers earn more.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of outside or in-home sales experience
• Proven ability to close and follow up
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Painting or construction experience is a plus, not required
• College degree not required
