We’re hiring a driven, organized, customer-focused Project Manager to lead production, manage crews, and ensure every job is completed on time, on budget, and at a high level.
This is a field-based leadership role — not a desk job.
What You’ll Do As a Production Manager
Communicate with clients before during and after their project
Schedule and coordinate projects with painters, subcontractors, and customers
Higher train and managed painting crew
Maintain production timelines and ensure job stay on schedule
Protect job, profitability and efficiency
Inspect job sites for quality, cleanliness, and professionalism
Solve problems quickly and take ownership of outcomes
Handle customer concerns and ensure a strong final experience
Build long-term relationships with clients and crew
Skills & Requirements
Strong leadership presence
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Problem solver who takes ownership -Comfortable working in the field daily
Tech comfortable (Excel, scheduling, mobile communication -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Salary + Commission Structure
Year 1 Expected Earnings: $40,000 – $60,000
Year 2 Expected Earnings: $60,000 – $75,000 Monthly Gas Stipend (Vehicle Allowance Provided)
Earnings are directly tied to production efficiency, profitability, and leadership performance.
This role has real upside for someone who takes ownership and drives results.
